Shipping policy

Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Each order is handled with care, and we strive to ensure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Made-to-Order SRR Apparel 

Processing & Production Time: Each item is created just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.

Total Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

 

2. Pocket Hugs & Journals 

Processing Time: Orders are packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time: USPS First Class or Priority Mail — typically 5–7 business days within the U.S.

Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.

 

3. Multiple Shipments & Shipping Fees

Because some of your treasures come from our partner studios and others are sent directly from us, they may ship separately. Each shipment has its own journey — and its own shipping fee. If this applies to your order, you will be notified of more than one shipping charge at checkout. This ensures each piece is delivered with care and without delay. 4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

5. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update in the system.

 

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—before your order ships—so we can make corrections.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to your local USPS office or mail carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors, leasing offices, or secure parcel lockers.

 

8. Delays

We do our best to ship orders on time, but please understand that once a package is in the hands of the postal service, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
